Right of admission is reserved
A deposit of 50% is required to secure a reservation within 24 hours after which it will automatically expire
The remainder of the rate can be paid with credit card upon arrival at the Lodge
Conservation fee and Self drive routes permits to be paid to Dinokeng Game reserve at access gates and pay points
No driving on unmarked roads as this would indicate private property
Speed limit of 40km/h in the reserve
To ensure our guests privacy and quiet, no day visitors allowed without permission
This is a game reserve - no noise or loud music
No littering - this goes without saying
No smoking in chalets or in lounge area of the lodge
Please do not get out of your vehicle in the reserve
Driving in the reserve before 6h00 and after 18h00 is discouraged
In case of load shedding our generator can run basic lights. Unfortunately the jacuzzi and pool pump will be shutdown. Ask our managers for gas stoves if needed.
Guest are limited to the number of beds in the room
Regrettably no children under 12 years allowed unless pre-arranged with owners
Lodge can accommodate a maximum of 18 adults and 4 smaller children
Should the entire lodge be booked by a group, an additional cleaning fee will be charged for cleaning of the main lodge area
Cancellation policy- from 14 days a 50% of deposit and within 5 days 100%
Minimum stay of 2 nights over weekends
Please note that late check-ins after 18h00 HAVE to be arranged prior to check-in to ensure availability of staff to welcome you.
No Drones are allowed in a protected wild life area
